Big high fives are in order for John Bush, Dale Talde, and David Massoni, as they celebrate the one year anniversary of Talde this month. The trio recently sat down with Eater to talk Talde, Pork Slope, Thistle Hill, and even hinted at a new Brooklyn restaurant for 2014, that Dale says will be, “bigger than anything we’ve done, or I certainly have done.”
John added, “So much so that it’s going to take us a year to plan it.”
I know we’re not the only ones dying to know what they’ll be cooking up. In the meantime, though, we’ll send our warmest congratulations for an amazing fist year. Keep it coming, guys!
